Bespoke Projects
A bespoke project is custom-designed for a specific brand, occasion, or recipient. This can include keepsake boxes, presentation sets, corporate gifts, wedding keepsakes, and curated gifting experiences.
Our minimum order quantity is 500 units. For smaller quantities, feasibility depends on the design, materials, and construction complexity. Share your intended quantity and we will advise the best approach.
Our typical lead time is around 14 weeks, covering concept development, sampling, production, and delivery. Timelines may vary depending on complexity, quantity, and destination. If you have a fixed date, include it in your enquiry and we will advise feasibility and next steps.
Yes. Share your budget range upfront and we will shape the scope to match. Materials, finishing, construction complexity, and quantity will guide what is achievable. After discovery, we confirm the scope and quotation before concept and design begin.
Share your brand, gifting occasion, target recipient, quantity, and required date. If you have a budget range, include it early as it helps shape the direction faster. References are welcome, even if they are only mood and tone.
We present three concept directions, then develop the strongest route. The process is guided and kept simple, with updates at key checkpoints.
Yes. Sampling is part of our refinement process for most bespoke projects. It allows us to confirm proportion, materials, structure, and finishing before production begins.
Yes. We work from your brand guidelines and provide a clear direction for colours, finishes, and placement. Final outcomes can vary slightly by material and batch, and we manage this through sampling and approvals.
Most elements can be customised, including structure, proportions, material pairing, hardware, interior fitting, and presentation. We will propose a cohesive build that suits the use case and gifting moment.
Yes. Depending on the piece, personalisation can include debossing, foil, engraving, hardware detailing, labels, or monogram treatments. We specify the method that best suits the design and intended use.
Yes. Variants are possible, such as colourways, name lists, or different interior layouts. We will keep the system clean so production stays consistent and delivery stays organised.
Sometimes, subject to scope, quantity, and production capacity. Rush timelines may require simplifying construction, limiting custom components, or using available materials. Share your deadline and we will advise what is realistic.
Yes. We can work from a reference to understand proportions, function, and tone. We will redesign and refine the direction so the final piece is distinct and aligned with your brand, and we proceed only where there is no copyright or intellectual property infringement.
Yes. We can design for large-scale gifting, including consistency across batches, structured approvals, and delivery planning. For ongoing programmes, we can build a repeatable system for future drops.
Yes. We curate the full experience, from the piece to the presentation and inserts. The goal is a complete, coherent reveal that carries your brand presence.
Pricing, Payment & Commercial Terms
Pricing reflects the scope of work, including design development, materials, construction, finishing, presentation components, and quantity. A USD 1,800 design fee applies to bespoke projects and covers discovery and concept development. After discovery, we confirm the scope and quotation before concept and design begin.
For design fee crediting and exclusivity terms, please refer to “Is the design exclusive?”
Yes. A deposit is typically required to begin production planning and secure capacity. The structure will be stated clearly in your quotation.
Final payment is typically due prior to dispatch, depending on the agreed commercial terms. We will outline the payment milestones at quotation stage.
Sampling and development are included in the quotation. Any exceptions will be stated clearly before work begins.
Yes. Sampling fees are credited into production when you proceed with the order, as outlined in your quotation.
Yes. Unit pricing typically improves with higher quantities as setup costs are spread across the order. We will quote tiers where it makes sense.
If your project requires tooling or custom fixtures, these are quoted separately or clearly included as a line item. We keep this transparent so you know what you are paying for and why.
Your quotation outlines scope, specifications, personalisation method, packaging components, estimated timeline, and commercial terms. It also clarifies what is included and what is optional.
Quotations are typically valid for a limited period due to material and freight fluctuations. The validity window will be stated on the quotation.
Yes, but changes may affect cost and timeline. Once a scope is confirmed, we treat any changes as a controlled revision so quality and delivery remain consistent.
Reasonable refinements are part of the process. Additional rounds or major direction changes may incur fees, and we will flag this before proceeding.
If costs shift materially, we will communicate early and propose options to maintain the standard. Where possible, we mitigate changes through early confirmation and planned sourcing.
Yes. If you share a budget range and quantity, we can provide an indicative direction before sampling. Final pricing is confirmed after discovery and specification lock.
Yes. A USD 1,800 design fee applies to bespoke projects. This covers discovery, concept development, and design direction. We confirm scope and quotation before concept and design begin.
Yes. Designs developed under the design fee are treated as exclusive to the client. If the client chooses not to keep the design exclusive, the design fee will be credited into production, and the design may be retained as part of the Faurent Maison Archive for future adaptation.
Production, Quality & Delivery
We design in-house and produce with trusted specialist partners selected for the technique and finish required. Each project is managed through specification lock, sampling approvals, and production checkpoints to maintain consistency from first piece to final delivery.
We control quality through specification lock, approved samples, and production checkpoints. Each project follows a defined build standard so the outcome stays consistent across the run.
Quality review focuses on structure, alignment, surface finish, hardware function, logo placement, and overall presentation. We also review packing integrity so pieces arrive composed and protected.
Yes, where timeline and scope allow. A pre-production sample helps finalise details before the full run begins.
If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we arrange a replacement plan aligned to the project. Timeframes and process are confirmed with each order.
Yes. International delivery can be arranged depending on destination and timeline. We will advise the most suitable shipping approach based on your schedule.
Yes. Multi-address shipping is possible for corporate programmes and gifting lists. Provide addresses in a structured format and we will coordinate the plan and costs.
Duties and taxes depend on destination regulations and are typically the recipient’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise. We can advise documentation and shipping method to reduce friction.
We offer courier delivery and freight options depending on timeline and destination. We will propose the most suitable method based on risk, speed, and handling requirements.
Yes. Staggered delivery is possible and often useful for campaigns or phased events. We will align the packing plan and schedule upfront.
We build shipping protection around the piece and the presentation so it arrives intact. This may include protective cartons, internal cushioning, and handling guidance.
If delays occur, we communicate early and provide a revised delivery plan. Where possible, we propose alternatives to protect key dates. Please note that delays caused by force majeure events such as severe weather, natural disasters, port or customs disruptions, carrier interruptions, strikes, or regulatory changes may affect timelines beyond our control.
Yes. If you have a strict venue window, share it early so we can plan delivery buffers and handling. We aim to protect timing as part of the project plan.
Yes. Delivery to hotels, venues, and event locations can be arranged. Provide delivery instructions and onsite contact details to reduce handover friction.
Yes. Tracking and delivery confirmation can be provided depending on shipping method and destination.
Materials, Finish & Presentation
Materials vary by project, but we commonly work with structured coverings, refined linings, and metal hardware. Each selection is made for tactility, consistency, and a composed visual presence.
Yes. If you have a preferred material or finish, share it early. We will assess suitability for handling, consistency across the run, and production feasibility.
Options include debossing, foil stamping, engraving, printed elements, labels, and hardware detailing. We specify the method that best suits the surface and intended use.
Slight variation can occur, particularly with textured materials and certain finishes. We manage this through sampling approvals, controlled sourcing, and clear tolerances.
We align colour through approved references and sampling. Where exact matching is critical, we calibrate within material limits and confirm the closest achievable outcome before production.
We can match key characteristics such as structure, proportion, and tone. Exact duplication is not always possible due to material availability and supplier systems, but we will align the outcome to feel cohesive and on-brand.
Keepsake-grade means the piece is designed to be kept and lived with. It prioritises considered structure, refined finishing, and an experience that holds up through everyday handling.
Yes. We can design interior fitting based on the item, whether it is jewellery, bottles, accessories, or multi-piece sets. We aim for a secure hold and a clean reveal.

Yes. Sleeves and outer cartons can be designed to protect and elevate the presentation. We align structure and materials so the full set feels intentional.
Yes. We consider the occasion, recipient, and distribution method, then shape the presentation accordingly. A private gift and a corporate programme require different pacing and protection.
Yes. We reduce unnecessary layers while preserving protection and the reveal. Impact comes from proportion, material pairing, and finishing, not volume.
